Need coding and retrofits done, can this shop handle it?

So I recently picked up a 2018 M2 and I want to get a few things coded like folding mirrors on lock and maybe the exhaust flap mod. I asked around and someone told me to check out a place that's known as a leading BMW car care center in Abu Dhabi. I think they meant the shop at bmw garage but I'm not sure if they do coding or if they're just mechanical. Has anyone here had coding or retrofit work done there? Or can you recommend someone else who knows how to use ISTA or E-Sys properly? I don't want some random guy messing with my ECU and bricking something. Any advice would help.
