Diff fluid at 100k km, dealer says yes, independent says wait

Getting conflicting advice and it's driving me a bit nuts. My 2015 Wrangler is at 102k km now and it's never had the diff fluid changed as far as I know, I bought it used at 70k and the previous owner didn't leave any records for it. The dealer told me it's overdue and quoted me a number that felt steep, while an independent garage I trust for basic stuff said the fluid looked fine when they checked it and I could probably push it to 120k. I do a fair bit of off roading, nothing extreme, mostly Al Khatim and some wadi drives, plus towing a small trailer occasionally, so I'm leaning toward just getting it done rather than gambling. I found Jeep differential service near Musaffah and their page actually explains why the interval matters more on 4x4s that see sand and heat, which makes sense to me. But I'm still curious what you guys do. Is 100k actually too long on the original fluid? Should I be doing front and rear at the same time? And does the limited slip additive thing matter for a standard diff? Would rather hear from people who actually off road these things than rely on one shop's opinion.
