What do you think of another swim spa brand?

Over the last little while I've begun checking out this and noticed there are countless variables than I imagined. Going through actual owner feedback has turned out to be extremely informative because real-world feedback often teaches you information that rarely see in sales pages. I'd really like to hear what's worked well for everyone else and what you would have known prior to getting started.
